Own and scale our demand generation engine, driving pipeline growth across our Mid Market and SMB segments. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Content, and Growth to turn audience insights into high-performing campaigns.
You might be a good fit if:
•
You have 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience in a high-growth environment.
•
You have a proven track record of building and executing campaigns that directly drove qualified pipeline and revenue.
•
You have hands-on experience managing performance marketing programs across channels like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and ABM tools to drive qualified pipeline and optimize spend efficiency and experience with website optimization and A/B testing experiments that improve funnel performance.
•
You’re comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar platforms), and the ability to build and interpret reporting within them.

You have an analytical and data-driven mindset - skilled at uncovering insights, identifying patterns, and translating findings into action. You’re comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, goal-setting, and campaign measurement.

You’re a first-principles thinker who starts with the customer, not the playbook.
